Visiting Kapiti Collective? Here’s what you can expect!

Nestled right in the heart of Paraparaumu Beach, surrounded by local businesses, cafes, and restaurants, you will find the coworking space, Kāpiti Collective.

Kapiti collective is located on the corner of seaview and howell roads. Driving to visit us? Park on howell road, It’s free, with no time restrictions.

Kāpiti Collective was created in 2016 by entrepreneur/businesswoman Hannah Nutsford (nèe Delaney), who wanted to create a professional shared office space for professionals working or visiting the Kāpiti Coast. Many years on and it’s still a favourite for executive professionals - and true to its original values; fresh, functional, and friendly.

One of the first things you will notice upon arrival is the fresh colours that have been used to ensure the space remains timeless. The perfect mix of professional-meets-beach decor, the space has the feeling of an inner-city office, with the perks of the beach, boutique shops, and endless parking surrounding the premise.

On arrival, guests are greeted by Hannah or Spencer Nutsford, who will be quick to make you feel right at home and explain where you can find everything you need to make sure your visit to Kāpiti Collective runs as smooth as possible.

The space was ideal, and the team were really helpful and lovely to work with. And the price for what it is seems very reasonable. I’d certainly go back and will recommend to others

Although Hannah & Spencer Nutsford are on hand to help from the initial enquiry to assisting on the day, they aim to have the space as functional and as user-friendly as possible, their systems and processes allowing most guests to be self-autonomous, booking and paying online, with members accessing the space whenever they need.

“We are pretty unique in that our members have their own key to access the space 24/7. This is especially useful for upcoming deadlines, taking a call on a different timezone, or for meetings that out of usual business hours,” says Spencer Nutsford.

The ground floor open plan office space is wheelchair friendly and equipped with eight sizeable and spacious corner desks, two ‘cocoon rooms’ for taking private calls, a mini office, two single desks, two meeting rooms (one which has whiteboard walls), a Sharp mx3070x printer, a kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher, microwave - and most importantly a coffee machine for that caffeine fix!

Have been using the office for 6 months and love the 24/7 access, quiet professional environment, easy parking at anytime, clean and modern facilities...thoroughly recommended.
